Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace is an art nouveau palace that sits along the Danube River. Adjacent to Széchenyi Square, you can step off of the streets and enter an oasis fit for royalty. Gresham Palace is home to the most expensive room in Budapest - The Presidential Suite. Behind the heavy wooden doors of room 405, you are greeted with a breath-taking panoramic view of Lánchíd and Buda Castle. A Hungarian wedding venue rich in history

Formerly occupied by Nákó House, this neoclassical château was built in 1827. Several decades later, a London based Life Assurance Company commissioned local architects Zsigmond Quittner and Jozsef Vago to redesign the palace’s structure, and construction began in 1904.

Reopening in 1907, the building was named after 16th-century English financier Sir Thomas Gresham, the founder of the Royal Exchange in London. After decades of changing hands, the Four Seasons Hotel brand agreed to oversee an $85 million restoration and renovation. The mosaics, ironworks, opulent staircase and stained glass windows were given their original details, also making for the perfect venue for an exclusive international event or high-end corporate event.
